Default Losing text formatting when scaling

I am using AICS on OSX 10.3.3.
I have my layout done at 100%, but we also need a reduced version of it. When I reduce it, it doesn't scale its paragraph formatting, specifically the space between paragraphs. Is there a preference somewhere that I am missing?

I know that I can just go back and change it, but we do this all the time and it would be a big pain to have to change it every time.

Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Sheri

Right. So now we discover that it isn't just Tabs that don't scale, it's other paragraph formatting as well. Bummer is right.
