Losing text symbols (?) in MX 2004
I have a number of Flash MX projects that use the ? symbol. They are called
through a variable and assigned to a text field within a movieClip - both of
which are created in Action Script. When publishing the MX Fla in MX 2004, I
lose the ? symbol. Even after turning off my formatting functions, changing
from htmlText to regular text, embedding or not, I still cannot get that symbol
to show up. And I'm just using Arial.
I would love to hear any thoughts or even just a similar experience.
