    Default "Lost" graphics files

OK., I'm sure this has been covered; I'm just not clever enogh to search for it ...

In IDCS2 I notice I can drag a graphic clean out of its container, whereupon it becomes invisible and I can no longer move or select it by usual means.

What's the status of such "lost" images? Is it gone, or just playing possum?

The image has been cropped so that nothing shows. Click on the icons in the COntrol Palette to centre or scale contents, or click on the Select Contents icon (tree diagram pointing down) to select the contents and reposition by hand using the Direct Selection Tool.
