Lost Hyperlink Palette

INCS - I have been creating an InDesign file with hyperlinks. I got the links to work in Acrobat no problem. I put the job away for a few days and then picked it back up today, but my hyperlinks palette is missing! I keep clicking view/:Hide hyperlinks and view/:show hyperlinks and I get nothing... I have restarted my mac and reset my IDCS preferences, but nothing. I tried throwing away the "defaults" and "active workspace.xlm" all with no results. Help! Besides reinstalling InDesign what else can I try??

To show hyperlinks palette: Window>Interactive>Hyperlinks
(I'm guessing you already know this)

Try resetting your workspace to the default.
