Lost Illustrator CS2 Dialog Box - Adobe Illustrator Windows

I have a problem with Illustrator CS2. It seems (I'm not the user, but she has a poor level of IT Things) that everything worked fine since last week. But know she's lost every Illustrator Dialog Boxes such as "Open File", "Save as...", etc... I tried to delete all the Illustrator preferences files, reinstall through the whole suite installer... But nothing... The computer is running with WinXP Pro SP2, with the Adobe C2 complete (except we didn't install Version Cue and Adobe Acrobat), Pentium IV 2.2G, 2Gb RAM....

Did you succeed in deleting the prefs?

I found the solution, Despite the numerous re-installation of Illustrator Windows kept a maximize setting of the dialog box, and by playing with screens resolutions, I found the window by accident.

    Harron, thx for caring anyway...

    Legros,

Glad you got it figured out.

It sounds like you assumed a reinstallation would erase the preferences. Not so. That's why I specifically asked about the prefs.
