Lost my online game history
What did I do? How do I undo - fix - it?
I use Mac OS X on a PPC G4 machine.
When I upgraded to Shockwave 11 I noticed I had at least 3 outdated versions
of Shockwave and tossed them and their folders when I did the upgrade. Now when
I log on to Miniclip.com to play games, on the game page I used to be able to
click player history and get my history. I now lost that history on my computer
and when I play the games all my history for the newly played games is lost
every time I log out. I tried using the Shockwave Uninstaller which I
originally had not used and doing a clean new Shockwave 11 install but it is of
no help. The games play fine but no history is maintained.
My guess is I threw away a preference folder/file or something like that and
it is not being rebuilt. Or maybe something else dealing with cookies?
Please help. I'm stuck.

Re: Lost my online game history
You have probably removed a text save file found in...
"the Prefs folder inside the Plug-In Support folder of the browser"
See this article...

If you didn't delete the files permanently you may be able to copy them back
to their original location. I'm unsure of the absolute path required though.
Cheers
