Lost palettes in Illustrator 10...
I'm running illustrator 10, and all the palettes appear fine, but the type one won't show? I've tried everything - is there a way to reset all the palettes back to their default positions?

Try deleteing the hidden "aiprefs" file. If you do a search you will find lots of mentions of this for curing problems such as this.
