There is no such client. The best you can do is to download (from lotus.com,
IIRC) the Lotus Notes client for MSWindows, and run it under "wine".

If you /really/ want a native Notes client for Linux, it looks like you're going
to have to complain loudly to Lotus, or pay them for custom development work.

Yep, this works, even if not 100%, there were some minor problems, which
might have been fixed until now. There is a guide somewhere on the IBM
    www pages, explaining the setup.

There was a really good article from someone from IBM about Linux on
the desktop, some time ago. Dropped the author a mail and he answered
that there wouldn't be any plans to port the Notes client to Linux.

Alternatives if you really need the Notes client on Linux, use VNC,
Citrix or VmWare. Times the Notes Client was available for Sun, it
was pretty easy to redirect on a Linux box.

Perhaps, if enough people complain about they (IBM) will port the
client to Linux one day. The server is available for some time.

How much development work, really? Considering there is a notes client for
Mac OS X, isn't it a straight-forward port from there? If only the Win32 client
existed, then it would certainly be harder.

Lotus Notes is a missing piece. I would really like to see it added.

Hi, thanks for your valuable info.
I don't mind using MS windows version to install, but how to run it
under"wine". Sorry, I don't understand what is the method of using "wine".
Can u explain a bit more? Thanks.
