M$ still has huge cash reserves even after this large dividend payment.

Now M$ just needs to take a small portion of that tons and tons and tons of
money and fix Publisher! M$ has made a fortune selling broken software, but
consumers cannot be abused forever without paying a price.

I only posted the info on the dividend because of some of the argumentative
comments made when M$'s cash reserve came up in discussion a few weeks back.

I agree that MS Publisher needs to be fixed in certain areas, including web
design. I also know that I have plenty of competing products on my system
that ALSO are "broken" and need to be addressed, and they are not MS
products :-)
