My client is on a Mac. Two issues I'm hoping someone can resolve are...
1. When I send her a connection key she can't double click it, she can only
manually enter the info to connect. Or is there another way with a Mac?

2. On her mac when I try to teach her how to add a link where she can open a
new window, we "insert link", browse to the file, but she says her "advanced"
button is grayed out and she can't click it to reveal more options.

Any suggestions?:sad;
