Mac OS 10.4 - Acrobat 8 Pro Help menu nonfunctional
Issue description;
Software was installed and is working, but the "Complete Adobe Acrobat * Professional Help" is not accessible using the GUI menu.
What went wrong?:

It's working for me. Try choosing Help > Repair Acrobat Installation.
If that doesn't work, try uninstalling Acrobat usiing the Uninstaller in the Acrobat 8 folder, then reinstalling.

Clark, From what you mentioned, from Acrobat, when you select the "Complete Acro Pro Help" Help menu option nothing happens? Correct? Can you launch the \Applications\Adobe Help Viewer manually? The actual help files should have been installed here...\Library\Application Support\Adobe\Help\en_US\Acrobat Pro\8.0\.
