mac to pc

i am a basic newbie to dreamweaver - i thought that i at least had the basics
down....until THIS! - i have dreamweaver at home on a mac with no internet
connection. (not sure if that matters) but i've been creating a site for my
boss - (who has nothing but pc's at the work-place) - at home on the mac
everything is the way it should be - pics, links, and everything is happy.

since i make this site at home i have to burn the files to disk and bring with
to work to show him on pc's - when i pop the disk in all the folders that are
supposed to be there are there - i open Explorer and then open the index file
of the site (directly from disk) - the computer starts to ask if i want to
display the "active content" of this 'crazy cd' - i choose yes and refreash -
but it still doesn't show - the only thing visible are the dreamweaver contents
of the page - no pics - no rollovers (which are all rgb, 72 dpi, jpegs, and in
the right folders for the pic link)

i have another mac at home (laptop g3) and to make me even more confused
everything works and looks perfect when viewing on the other mac.

i thought mabey i missed the 'write file for pc' selection on EVERY PICTURE -
but after trying to re-create the pic - pc selection never came up for a jpeg
(made in mac-photoshop)

also - i heard that pc's need a file extexsion on any files/pics - made sure
the pics that didn't have the extension now have one - and that wasn't the main
issue either - 'cause they still don't show - when i try to open the just the
picture itself (in pc photoshop) from the disk - it can't read it - don't know
why

another thing that really throws me for a loop - when on a pc - the web files
only show the dreamweaver content - but i can still click the little red x
where my rollovers are and ALL links still link to the correct pages - but the
links just take you to another page of NO PICS!

today i tried to get it on our server to let other people take-a-look-see but
the server told me the files were corrupt and unreadable -

when i burn the disk with the files - i don't do anything special - is there a
step i'm missing (well, i'm obviously missing something!) before i burn the
disk? - i don't change any of the burning pre-set - i don't know how - so i'm
just dragging the cd of files to the 'trash' and ok-ing it

sorry it's so long i just want to make sure you know everything i'm doing (and
not!) - CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!:confused;

Use process of elimination. If you think it's the CD burning process, then
try uploading the files or e-mailing some of them to yourself, then opening
them on a PC at work. If the uploaded or e-mailed files work, then you know
it's the burning process that's making the files unreadable to a PC.
