Mac version lacks Designer

    Default Mac version lacks Designer

I would have thought by now Acrobat would have the same things available in both Mac and Windows versions. (I have version 7 Professional for Mac.)

Why, for example, is Adobe Designer part of the Windows version of Acrobat and not of the Mac version? or "export comments from Acrobat into Word" ???

I might not need either of the above; but why is one version more complete than the other?

    Shaun,

Adobe probably thought that Adobe Designer would be more of interest in
the corporate environment where PCs predominate. They also probably
thought that the cost of including it in the Mac environment would not
be justified by extra sales vs the sales lost by not including that
feature. I suggest you write to Adobe using the features request link
below telling them that you would like it to be included in the future.

I think Mike's correct. Also, Adobe bought it from another company, and it was originally developed just for Windows.

Isn't a lot of the Forms designer features in Forms Designer already built in the Mac version even though its not listed as such?
