You are correct it is for IIS 6.0. Didn't think I mentioned Apache anywhere,
but since you brought it up ;-) ...........
If you know how to harden up an install of Apache then you can use their guide
as well. Just replace out the IIS portion with however you config Apache .
I've actually run Apache and CFMX on a hardened Windows machine with great
success.
