The only existing account (at the time of my original post) was a defunct
iTools one. For some strange reason it did not have the 'Remove copy from
server...' checkbox, but instead had 'Compact mailboxes' in its place.
When I created an entry for my real account, the 'Remove from server...'
line appeared. Now I'm all set.
