    Default mail form with attachment

I bought the extension from FelixOne that allowed me to create a form and then
have it mailed with an attachment to an email address of my choosing.

However, the extension seems not to work. Just wondering if there are any
other extensions that can do this available?

    Thanks,
    Steven

    Hey Steven

I answered you directly. It looks like you didn't read the documentation, on
the UI dialog you see the Help button, just press it.

If you add an attachment you need to convert Request.Form to upFile.Form
since after opening the BinaryRead the Request.Form is not more available.
