Default Mail server and filter recommandation required

    Hi Everyone:

I have Sendmail and QPopper configured on my
home system, just wondering would this be the
best combination for a small mail server?
And can someone recommend a good filter?
I use Fetchmail to get mails from my ISP and use
Junkmail Buster to filter out the spam, but doesn't
seem to be effective any more as one spammer
keeps changing his SMTP server and sender's
    address.

    Many thanks in advance

Sensmail+MIMEDefang+SpamAssassin works great. My personal preference also
tends to lean towards the Washington IMAP server (internal/native support
    of SSL) over QPopper.

After I posted the question, I googled for another 2
hours and as the result, I found Courier which has
POP and IMAP with SSL and LDAP support, it
seems to be quiet a complete mail server.
it also has webmail but I thought I might try Open
    Webmail first.

Nothing beats qmail with bogofilter. Or if you
    prefer postfix with bogofilter.
