Mailing List

Hey, I've got a site, but I'm pretty new to site design and I know NOTHING
about coding...just use the software. Any idea (anyone?) on how I create a
mailing list? I've inserted a text field with a button next to it for
people to enter their mailing lists. Now what? How do I get the submitted
information to come to me? Just lost on this. Help?
