Make a multi paged PDF into single pages?

I want all pages included in a .pdf document as single .pdf pages.
Is there an easy way to do this?

.... but it's a pain when a PDF 1.5 file is re-saved out - only to then
have to OPTIMISE/REDUCE FILE SIZE and come a cropper with the
downsampling ;-(

Many things about Acrobat are a pain. Adobe still needs to do some serious work on this product.

In the meantime, you may be able to ease some of that pain by going to [url]www.planetpdf.com[/url] and browsing through the third-party product offerings. I believe there are a couple of products there that specifically address this issue.
