Making text into a circle

Two Questions: I have a logo I am redrawing. The logo's text is a circle. How
do I do this?
Also I am trying to figure out how to have text with a white fill tracing it.
I have a black triangle and writing over the triangle. In order to seperate the
black from the triangle so that the text is readable, how do I trace white to
outline it? I hope these two questions make sense. Thank you

1st question: See the help section - Attaching text to paths. Create
a circle and attach the text to the circle (path)

2nd question: See the help section - Adding strokes and fills to
objects. Text is an object and can have strokes added creating the
outline.
