manual/eng - PHP Development

Hi all, I tried to download the manual of php wget [url]http://www.php.net/manual/en/[/url] I got a lot of files but not linked to read off line the links where all to the website.     I tried to download the manual of php
    wget [url]http://www.php.net/manual/en/[/url]

    I got a lot of files but not linked to read off line
    the links where all to the website.
