Mapping networked shared folder to local folder
Hello.
I am setting-up a "cad server" (basically a shared folder
located, \\cad\eoi\) for my draftspeople. The problem
lies within the cad program, files are attached to one
another with a hard path, which is c:\eoi\.....
If I map this shared folder as a drive letter, these
attached files are lost because of the new mapped drive
letter.
Is there a way through windows or dos to map this shared
folder to a local folder (i.e. c:\eoi\)
I am running circles trying to figure out how to make
this work!!!
Thanks in advance,
Romulo Aquino
