Maxi Menu extension .... Flash Menus

Hello....I installed the Maxi Menu Dreamweaver Extension. Everything just fine
until I tried to launch the program. When the program decides to come up ( you
never know ) It looks like everything is fine until I make another selection
then I get " Not Responding " it happens all the time. I cannot even run the
program.
Please help
