    The 7D, generally sold at US$1599, is currently being sold at Dell for US$1359
    (for US delivery only).

    That sounds like a more appropriate price, though $1200 would be ideal.
    I hope the other retailers start competing. Dell is not exactly the
    cheapest, so if they hold that price, New Egg and Electric Sam will
    undoubtedly go lower. If not, you may eventually see a $100-$200 rebate
    from Konica-Minolta.

    Well the Dell rebate has already disappeared... might have been an error or
    limited applicable stock.

    Adorama (and I presume others) also offer a $150 rebate but it has to be applied
    to a K-M lens purchase.
