I can't make pivots from Maya 4 work in w3d.

In Maya scene I have pivots (insert Key), but in shockwave models rotate (lingo)
around their center! (not around pivots)

I found solution: make parent nodes in Maya and rotate models in Director #parent relative.
But the way is "model" expensive (w3d have more models - nodes from Maya)

Did you use Maya 4 pivots with succes?
