I recently ran Secunia's software inspector
(http://secunia.com/software_inspector/?task=load) - and it found an old
version of the Flash Player 7.0.19.0 and flagged it as 'Insecure'.

I was a bit baffled, as I have installed the latest version of Flash 9.0.28.0

Removing the older version made my PC (Win XP SP2) behave oddly - it was
repeatedly trying to install Contribute 3 -- pointing the finger squarely to
Contribute as the culprit.

When I 'repaired' Contribute - the Secunia security warning (along with the
old version of Flash 7.0.19.0) returned.

My question is - do I have to *uninstall* Contribute to be secure, or is
there another solution.

Thanks for any guidance
