I get the error: Error Executing Database Query: Cannot start your application.
The workgoup information file is missing or opened exclusively by another user.

I have given the anonymous user full access to the access database folder so
that it can create the ldb file. But it seems that it is not being generated. I
am guessing this is the reason. I read somewhere that the mdb is lock but I am
not sure how to unlock it .
