Sam,
On what monitor that you use will measurements down to the last one
thousandths be accurate. On my 12 inch laptop monitor a pixel is about
0.01 inch to measure accurately to the nearest pixel is not going to get
much better than that. Let us not forget that we probably cannot
physically manipulate the cursor to a specific pixel.

Thats pretty weird. The 3D Measuring Tool goes to 1/10,000th of a unit (whatever meaurement units you're using), but the 2D stuff only does hundredths. All other Adobe software does at least Thousandths. That should be corrected.
