Media Not Ready - Macromedia Director 3D

Just created a neat physics demo with the new director 11 on Mac. It runs fine in director but as soon as it's published I get a media not ready error (as soon as any code for the 3d member is called). Any one else have the problems? I've been using director 3d since it came out so this is new to me. Thanks in advance....

    Mac/Leopard/Intel
It wasn't working as a mac projector giving me a strange media not ready error
(http://thejab.com/errorpic.jpg). As a test I put a full copy of the xtras
folder next to the app and it worked fine. I then removed xtras one by one and
it was this xtra NetFile PPC Xtra.xtra that it all seemed to hang on.
I looked in the Movies/xtras menu and IT WAS included so I removed it, added
it again and this time everything worked perfectly. It might just be my version
of director (WHICH I BOUGHT NOW) or it may be a bug.
For full reference here is the actual file I was using :

For the record, thanks for the quick responses. The new physics engine (and
3d) is super fast and very solid.

You used 3dpi to do the physics? I didn't know it supported the new physics engine yet.

I think the SW3D xtra is dependent on this one for loading external w3d
    files.

Yes 3dpi is up and running for director 11 with the new physics. That girl never sleeps.
