    Default Menu in a frame

    I recently made a flash menu for my site, but it sits in a seperate frame. Anytime I try to get the target of a link to be the main frame, it either uses itself or does nothing at all. Can anyone help me?

    right, im not sure if this is what you want but:

    in flash, click on the button and press F9.

    in the actions tab type this:

    on (release) {
    getURL("yourpage.html", yourFrame);
    }

    make sure the 'window' field is set to "expression".
