Message Area
I have just "upgraded" to Contribute 4.1 (CS3 Web Premium) on a WinXP machine.
I find the yellow toolbar/"message area" quite annoying; most of the time, it's
offering me a handy tip that I don't really need. Is there a way to remove it,
or modify its behavior or appearance?
