message before logon
I know there's a way to do it, but I can't find it.
How do I add a custom message that pops up after the users presses
ctrl+alt+del. They hit OK on the message and then can enter their
username/password.

This is something that you can set with Group Policy for users, groups, OUs,
etc... Check out:
