MFXLogin
I downloaded the MFXLogin exchange from the Adobe website, which is supposed to
Make a password and username protected login page for your site.
I have no idea how to use it! What type of document should I use? It says that
I will find it in Window-Objects, but I dont even have that...
Any ideas?

Re: MFXLogin
What version of Dreamweaver are you using? If it's 6 or later, the User
Authentication behaviors (I think that is version 7 for PHP) will make these
for you .. without having to download anything from the exchange. If there
is an individual behavior there, it's either quite old or adds functionality
from a 3rd party.
At any rate, it sounds like you may have some reading in the Help to do re:
server models and dynamic pages.

for the login form but when I try to add the user login behaviour it tells me
that I need a Cold Fusion Data Source. I have no idea what that is!! I need to

Re: MFXLogin
You only need a Cold Fusion data source if you're using Cold Fusion. You do
however, need some server model in order to use the User Authentication
behaviors that come with the program. Use the one you're most comfortable
... if you're using DMX, your choices are ASP, JSP or Cold Fusion.
It sounds to me as if you have downloaded a 3rd party extension and are
using that for login. This functionality comes with the program in the
server models I have specified above. You need to read the Help.
