    Stop using a DSN!!!!!!!!!!

    I cannot stress this enough. If I felt it would help, I would throw 1000
    exclamation marks instead of 10 there. Removing DSNs eliminate probably 90%
    of the problems people have with Access.

    This might sound like a stupid question, but is the DSN setup
    correctly on the new box? Also, try using a different connection
    string instead of a DSN and see if that works (e.g.,
    Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=c:\Program
    Files\Microsoft
    Office\Office\Samples\Northwind.mdb;Persist Security Info=False).
