Default Microsoft Word printing to "Acrobat Distiller" printer driver

When I print directly to the "Acrobat Distiller" printer from Microsoft Word, the filename that is outputted has a prefix of "Microsoft Word - Filename.pdf" How can I get rid of the "Microsoft Word - " prefix?

What version of Word and Windows and Acrobat are you using?

Also, are you giving it a name manually in Word?

    Word 2000, and Acrobat 4.0

No, I am not giving it a name. I am simply opening a document, for example, schedule.doc and printing it, and selecting the "Acrobat Distiller" printer, then the file is outputted with a name of "Microsoft Word - schedule.pdf"
