    Default migration

Need help, I have a server 2003 standard edition and the
server is running local, no domain just a regular local
server with 30 users. The current machine life is just
about to die out, so I have a brand new machine and loaded
server 2003 and so I need to migrate from one local server
to another local server. The problem, I find there isnt
any local migration, just grander type of tools example
    domain migration etc..

    please help

Why not promote it to a Domain Controller then promote the second one to a
