Mirror type for iron-on

Has anyone used a simple solution to create the mirror image of a piece of type that will represent properly when printed and then ironed on to a piece of clothing?

Highlight layer.

CTRL+T to bring up Free Transform bounding box.

Right Click and choose Flip Horizontal.
