Missing 'Cool Extras'?

Hi,
I very recently purchased the Premium version for Windows (upgrade) and on the whole am quite happy with it, ( I particularly like Version Cue and have found it quite an asset already).

What I cannot find are the ‘Fonts’ referred to in the ‘Cool Extras’ of Illustrator CS, where are they as I certainly cannot find them either on my system, or on any of the program / resources CD’s. I also run Extensis Suitcase, and it does not have any of the fonts listed in ‘Cool Extras’.

Can someone point me in the right direction please, and if they are *not* supplied what’s the point of listing them?

I also have to admit to being a bit disappointed to find that none of the images used in either the supplied video training disk or the Design Guide are provided. I would have particularly liked to have access to these images so that I could try to follow some of the steps to see whether I achieved similar results.

Please disregard thee query on Adobe Fonts, I found them in the following folder:
c:\program files\common files\adobe\fonts.

The issue regarding the images still remains though!

And, of course, you can always purchase more directly from Adobe. They included the URL for that in the Resources and extras CD\Documentation\fonts\Adobe TypeLibrary.pdf file: [url]www.adobe.com/type[/url]
