    Default Missing functions V10.0.3

I am using V10.0.3 in XP. I am trying to use "drop shadows" (effects/stylize/drop shadow) and the only choice displaying is "glowing edges".

According to the help screen, there should be several choices in that screen.

Ok, aiprefs - right? Deleted, same thing.

I then removed Illustrator, deleted aiprefs, deleted residual directries for Illustrator, emptied recycle, defragged then reinstalled and installed 10.0.3. I still have the same problems. Anybody experience this and have a suggestion?

I did a forum search, may not have used the right keywords, but found no help.

    Thanks
    Wayne

    Wayne,

You will see two 'Stylize' menu items - you are selecting the bottom one but
the help page you are looking at is referring to the top one

    Duh, thanks a bunch, Len.

I did a lot of work for nothing, didn't expect to find two stylize on the same drop down. Live and learn.

    Thanks
