    Hi Derek,

    Open any greeting cards lately?

    Go to Add & Remove in the Control Panel and uninstall Friend greetings and
    Winsrv reg

    Hi Derek,

    Try rebuilding the taskbar, start/run regedit. Navigate to and delete this
    key, then reboot:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer\StuckRe
    cts2
