missing swatch libraries...HELP!
Illustrator 10. I can't seem to get the swatch library to open. I can go to the presets and say open. It acts like it is going to do it but when the box comes open it is blank. Any suggestions.

First try to trash your Adobefnt.lst files in System/Application Support/Adobe folder (if in system 9) or do a search for them. Do not throw away the Adobefnt.db, file by the way.
Then trash your AI preferences.
If this doesn't work, you should test for corrupt fonts.
