MISSING TOOL PALETTES???? Help please...
I somehow must have hit something in AI CS since many of my palettes are simply missing - like my tool palette which I really need....I have no way of figuring out where they went. They are not showing up in any of the menu's above.....does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks so much!

Are you starting AI from an alias? If so try the application from the AI menue. If that works your alias was made wrong.

Re: MISSING TOOL PALETTES???? Help please...
Same is happening in Illustrator 10. Seems to be something to do with Panther. Another thread suggests trashing Illustrator preferences - it works, once, but the problem seems to return on the next launch.
