mmLoadMenus() problem

I have a page that is using mmLoadMenus() script . I am not sure that it is
Dreamweaver original or it is an extension, so I hope I am posting this message
in the right place. I am trying to edit the menu and cannot figure out how to
do it. highlight it and check the properties, nothing. Double click on it,
nothing again. I remember using this in the past and there was a dialog that
comes up to edit the links. I cannot find the dialog, cannot even create a new

me how to find this menu creator again. I checked all the functions, but surely
