Everyday at 6h01 i got that in my logs :

it a redhat 7.0 and this appear a few week ago, the server is running since
3 year without any problems ..

Any clues ?

I am not using RH, but I would check root's crontab entries (crontab -l) and
the system crontabs (check files in /etc/ beginning with cron), it looks
like there is running a depmod or something similar on a regular basis...
