Is there a way to allow editing of a sites root directory, but not files in a
certain subfolder? This seems like a really common requirement.

Also... On forms and php pages with templates, is it possible to lock the
entire page or structure of the form/php code? I don't want users messing with
the form layout or data-driven tables, but they should be able to edit headings
and other copy.
