Funny, that never happens to me. I keep my camera empty, and I load
it when I'm on-site, doing the shooting. Sometimes I'll even take a
meter reading first. I might get stuck with a few shots at the end of
a roll, but those are quickly disposed of, if necessary.

But hey, you're happy with your D60, and that's great.
