> How can i do motion blur on my layers ?There are several ways to
tackle this. The first is illigal so do this at your own risk:

1) Copy the Plugin file from the Photoshop Plugin Folder and paste it
into your Fireworks Plugins Folder. Rename the file if necessary.
2) Start up Fireworks and go to the Preferences Panel. In the 4th Tab
"Folders" specify the place where you Plugins are (including the Motion
Blur filter).
3) Close Fireworks.
4) Start Fireworks again.
5) You should be able to select the filter from the Filters menu.

The other option is download a motionblur filter from:

http://www.joesfilters.com

and use a Trial version to achieve the effect. This are usually time
limited and may not be used for commercial purposes. But then again, who
gonna check/see that you used this particular motion blur eh?
As long as you use/own Fireworks the legit way! :-)

Clone the image. Click on the Smudge tool to activate it. Use the square
setting for the tool and move the size slider to 100. Click and drag in
the direction that you want the blur. Once you are satisfied with the
smears, then add the Screen blend mode to the smeared clone. The clone
becomes translucent but the smears remain visible. It sounds clunky but
try it and see. Ilya Razmanov has a filter called Thread Master that
will smear the clone for you. You can find that here:

You could also use the EyeCandy 400 Motion Trail filter.

Go with Linda's advice instead. It is much better and easier to follow.
No need to explain anymore.
