Mouse Pointers - FX
Can we have more elaborate special effects for pointers now, like motion
blur, glows, and color tinting, the way CursorXP has?
As it is now, even the trails (ugly though as they were) are broken

Said this one before - it's possible that they will... but to be honest, a
mouse pointer is a mouse pointer, I dont think they really *can* do anything
else with it, unless they want to slow things down even more.
I personally think they will... maybe around Beta 2 time.

Re: Mouse Pointers - FX
I do think that they should have moise pointers that have transparency in
them or make the cursor look glass-like at least instead of just the plain
black or white cursor. Animated cursors for me make no difference on the
performance of my computer with XP - even really fast animations, but I've
seen some slower computers that aren't as good where the animations
flicker - probably computers with less fortunate video cards. It isn't
difficult at all to make your own cursor - it just takes time - something I
don't think Microsoft has right now.
