mouseover in cell 1, change in cell 2

let's say i have 2 cells
and what i want to create is, if i mouseover the text or image in cell 1, an image or text would appear in cell 2

something like this:

(if you select a program icon it displays an image on the left)

Of course. That's web 101b.

Select the text, and enter "javascript:;" (that's colon semicolon) in the
Link field of the Property inspector before pressing the tab key. Then with
the same text selected, you can now apply the behavior.
