Move Object to Current Layer
Here's another question. When I select an object, then click on another
layer name in the layer panel (FH MX 11, Mac), sometimes the object is moved
to that layer, sometimes not. Why is this not consistent?

Re: Move Object to Current Layer
I'm still messing with this, and it is frustrating. All I want to do is
quickly move an object to another layer. The best I have is a 4 step ordeal.
Select the object, select the layer I want it to go to, pull down the layers
submenu, and then select move objects to current layer. There has to be a
simpler way to do this?

objects.'
If this preference seems to be changing without your input, you may have a
corrupted Preferences file. Quit FHMX, delete the Prefs file and reset your
prefs. It's not a bad idea to save a backup copy when you've got your Prefs
as you like them.
